Brenda Shropshire, President and founder of

and a Masters Degree in Education.
She has served in many capacities of the health and
fitness field including serving as "Wellness Director" for
Maritz inc, and providing consulting services and
presentation packages for many large and small companies
including Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, United Health Care of the
Midwest, Extreme Fitness Gyms and the Guilford County Mental
Health Department.
She has served as conference planner and presenter at
professional corporate wellness conferences. She has
established herself as a leader in the field, and a
freelance writer.
