Healthy Solutionz Virtual Training was launched from the interest expressed by readers of my articles and blogs.  I began receiving phone calls from people who like my philosophy, have tried it all and are ready for a more long-term strategy to improving their health.

Virtual training is done via telephone and is usually scheduled every other week in 45-minutes sessions.  The frequency and length of sessions can vary, depending on the needs of each client.  Virtual training is a customized service that combines fitness coaching/individual exercise design, healthy eating information/food suggestions and life/balance issues wrapped-up into one delivery system.

Virtual training is not counseling, but it does provide information and support that leaves clients feeling more in control of their lives.  From the very first session, clients begin to feel the effects of a more balanced lifestyle.

People today lead busy lives.  Traveling to and from the gym is not the only option available to time-conscious clients interested in improving their health and  well-being.  Virtual Training has proven to be a viable option for clients who live outside the greater Greensboro N.C. area and want to make positive changes in their lives.

Cost of VirtualTraining Services range from $65.00 - $85.00 per session and are typically scheduled twice a month.  Please contact Brenda with questions pertaining to Virtual Training.

Virtual Training Client Quote:

I have had a great week, really not much excitement, but I have been on track as far as diet and exercise.  I was looking at my calendar, and I started talking to you 6 months ago almost to the day today (end of February).  Since then, I have lost 18# (about 3#/month), but have also gained a great deal of muscle mass.  Probably more important than the weight loss & physical changes, I have learned a lot about nutrition & exercise and what works for me and what doesn't.    I am working every day on improving the so called "mastery over self", and can notice some changes there as well.

I have been having a great week as far as diet and  exercise.  I feel much better than the last time we talked.  I am  trying to integrate some of the things we have talked about so many  times and feel like they are slowly becoming a part of who I am.  I  have been concentrating on remaining in control of myself to the  extent that is possible.  For example, I had 2 lunch meetings this  week and those are generally times that I have a hard time making good  choices--I tend to rationalize eating out as a "treat" and usually  don't make the best decisions, but this week I did very well.

I appreciate your comments last week--I have set some short term and  intermediate goals as to diet, exercise, and weight loss.  I am doing  my best to "stay in the game" and to take each day as a new  challenge.  You have helped me learn to look at myself  from an honest  perspective and to "get real" or as close to it as possible, while  also realizing that yesterdays shortcomings and failures are just an  ordinary part of life.  That perspective, as well as an increased  overall awareness and intentional decision making has helped me  tremendously.
